Tenders

According to the company’s procurement policy, we have no right to name the bidders, and we reserve the right to:

• reject any bid if it is incomplete;
• withdraw or change the invitation to tender at any time without prior notice;
• schedule negotiations or start a new stage of the tender;
• distribute the scope between two or more contractors depending on the price, available volumes and technical parameters;
• refuse to enter into a contract without explanation.
