Impressions upon learning about the internsip 
I’d heard about such programmes before but for the arts graduates, so I was first surprised that they were looking for tech people. It was very interesting to find out more about CRH.

The first thing that impressed during the internship 
Scale of production; openness of the company’s employees and especially top management; a meeting with Barry Leonard (Managing Director CRH Ukraine in 2015-2017).

The Internship Programme in three adjectives and three nouns
New, progressive, holistic. Development, motivation, challenges.

Difficulties during the Programme
Understanding certain production processes right away, remembering a huge amount of information and a huge number of people immediately.

What helped cope with the difficulties 
Desire to develop, my friends’ and colleagues’ support.

Don’t be afraid to ask questions and don’t be afraid of challenges; pay more attention to English.
