Introduced in 1999, the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) was one of the first global indices to track the largest and leading companies listed on stock exchanges. It represents the top 10% of the 2,500 largest S&P Global BMI companies. DJSI measures the performance of companies selected according to environmental, social and governance criteria (ESG).
