Movember - the month of men's health at CEMARK

November is the month when the Movember initiative is held around the world to raise awareness of the importance of men's health. Its main goal is to draw attention to issues such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and support for men's mental health. The initiative emphasizes the importance of regular medical examinations for the timely detection and prevention of diseases.

CEMARK has been supporting Movember for the fourth year in a row, encouraging our employees to pay attention to their health. Given that a significant part of our team consists of men, we especially emphasize the importance of regular medical check-ups and a healthy lifestyle.

During November, as part of the Movember initiative, the company held two webinars: one by Dmitry Popinaka, a family doctor, on the basics of men's health and the importance of regular medical checkups, and a webinar by Ilya Bachurin, a psychologist, on mental health, recovery techniques and maintaining balance under stress. In addition, we organized a quiz on men's health, which was attended by 41 employees, and the winners received branded gifts.
