A CEMARK representative took part in a roundtable discussion on training young professionals

In June Kamenets-Podolsky Vocational College of Industry, Business and Information Technologies hosted a round table entitled "Prospects of Effective Stakeholder Interaction in Education and Vocational Programs in Accordance with Modern Staff Training Requirements". During the event, teachers and leading employers of the city and Khmelnitsky region met on the site to discuss the training of future specialists in important industries for the city and region. CEMARK HR Project Manager Natalya Turchak also took part in the round table.

During the meeting, representatives of the Department of Education and the college shared the results of their work and talked about the problems and perspectives. The business representatives, in their turn, discussed the models of educational process integration into production, including exchange programs and elements of dual education.

The round table resulted in ideas for joint projects that could offer young people a quicker realization of their potential.
