CEMARK has an exciting opportunity to join the Investment Projects Department at our biggest cement plant in Kamianets Podilskyi as a Permit Manager, who will support the investment projects in the assessment of the implementation strategy, collect and process the necessary documentation and enter into the construction systems for obtaining construction permits, collect and process the necessary executive documentation and enter into the systems for obtaining a permit for operation, communicate with the representatives of the authorities in the field of construction in order to obtain positive permits documents in the agreed terms.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assessment of a project implementation strategy in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
  • Determination of the main criteria and necessary documents for obtaining construction permits.
  • Control of permitting legislation changes.
  • EIA process control.
  • Development of templates and instructions — to design and requirements.
  • Control and collection of documentation required by law and timely submission to the system.
  • Entering the necessary data into the system and obtaining construction permits in time.
  • Control, collection and completion of executive documentation during project implementation.
  • Preparation and input of necessary project information into the e-construction system.
  • Obtaining permits for the operation of completed projects.
  • Communication/supervision with the state representatives in the field of construction for the fastest and smooth implementation of projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience in using permitting portal, e-construct, Diia;
  • Legal education;
  • Knowledge of construction;
  • Knowledge of project implementation;
  • Communication skills;
  • MS office.
