Mechanical Engineer Equipment Inspection

Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Check the technical condition of mechanical equipment;
- Ensure accident-free, reliable operation of equipment;
- Find equipment defects;
- Analyse defects and develop plans for their elimination;
- Prepare and control compliance with the schedules of preventive and predictive maintenance and repairs of equipment;
- Order spares and check their conformity and quality;
- Plan the scope of repair and maintenance work and place an order for it;
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of mechanical equipment with other services;
- Inspect the repaired equipment;
- Search for and implement opportunities to improve the operation of equipment.
Requirements:
- Higher technical education, specialising in mechanics;
- Ability to read drawings and technical documentation;
- Understanding and analysis of technical specifications of equipment, development and monitoring of work schedules and preventive and predictive maintenance;
- Understanding of principles and methods of equipment diagnostics;
- Ability to produce a sketch and a drawing of a detail/part;
- Confident user of MS Office;
- User of MS Project;
- Confident user of Autodesk Autocad, KOMPAS-3D or similar software;
- At least 5 years of experience as a mechanical engineer;
- English at the Pre-intermediate level;
- Problem solving and analytical skills;
- Willingness to work overtime if necessary;
- Desire for professional growth and development.
