Laboratory Assistant of Physical and Mechanical Tests

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Conducting physical and mechanical tests of raw materials, materials, semi-finished products, and finished products with the performance of work on processing and summarizing the test results in accordance with the quality system of the testing laboratory and the requirements of the State Standard of Ukraine DSTU ISO/IEC 17025 "General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories";
- Determination of indicators in accordance with control methods;
- Use of test equipment and measuring instruments for testing;
- Performing calculations to determine the quality of materials;
- Determining the compliance of the samples under test with state standards, technical specifications, and requirements/standards of the Company, notifying the management of deviations from the standard for correction, and making management decisions;
- Participation in sampling for certification tests.
Key functional competencies:
- Education, specialty - Secondary specialized / vocational / higher technical education;
- Work experience - on-the-job training;
- Additional requirements (admission to certain types of work, special knowledge and skills) - general requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories;
- Personal qualities - honesty, self-organization, responsibility, work with information and documents.
