Today, responsible companies seek to actively support their employees and their families. Given the challenges and crises of today, CEMARK's goal is to create comfortable conditions for the return of demobilized employees - veterans - to civilian life and their professional reintegration.
To support military personnel returning to work, the company is implementing a comprehensive reintegration program. It covers a number of areas designed to improve the physical and psychological condition of veterans, as well as facilitate their social and professional adaptation.
As part of this initiative, CEMARK works with demobilized employees, their families, and experts to organize webinars and seminars to teach them how to effectively interact and support each other. Retraining opportunities are also considered and provided to ensure the long-term and sustainable integration of veterans into CEMARK teams.
The program actively organizes thematic events for veterans. In particular, on May 21, 2024, a joint meeting dedicated to the Day of Heroes of Ukraine was held. At the event, veterans of the Royal Marines of the United Kingdom shared their own experience of successful adaptation with their Ukrainian counterparts.
Such events play an important role in building an inclusive corporate culture, as they promote mutual understanding and support between colleagues and veterans. This strengthens teamwork and gives veterans the opportunity to share their unique experiences and receive appropriate support.
CEMARK understands that returning from the frontline is a challenge for veterans, who may find it difficult to return to work or adapt to civilian life. Through its initiatives, the company strives to create conditions for the well-being and professional growth of each employee.
