CEMARK has an exciting opportunity to join Finance Team as Reporting controller and strengthen positioning of finance partnering at the largest cement plant “Podilskyi Cement JSC”. This role is a pivotal mixture of supporting routine reporting framework alongside with driving efficiency in financials.

Key responsibilities:

• Accuracy Master - Delivery set of reports on regular basis to comply with Group requirements, international reporting standards (GAAP/ IFRS), internal requests.
• Compliance Custodian – Enhance internal control environment with adherence to regulations, high quality of controls execution, testing and documentation.
• Storyteller of numbers – Prepare variance analysis and provide insights for decision making to key stakeholders (production, supply chain, capex teams).
• Visioner – Consolidate and challenge obtained results within forecasting exercises: annual budget, 5Y strategic plan, monthly forecasting.
• Guardian of efficiency – Unlock reporting streamline with modern platforms and tools: Alteryx, Snowflake, Power Query.

Key requirements:

Qualifications:

• Strong economic or finance background with minimum 3Y experience in close roles (accountant, analytics, auditor).
• Advanced user of Excel – work with databases, complex formulas (dynamic lookups/arrays/dashboards, conditions).
• English – strong intermediate is a must.
• Acquaintance with reporting standards and regulation frameworks.
