CEMARK has an exciting opportunity to join the CapEx projects teams in Kamianets-Podilskyi & Rivne as a CapEx Site Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the on-site execution of capital investment projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, budget, and schedule requirements. This role involves coordinating contractors, managing construction activities, supervising site operations, and resolving technical and logistical issues. The Capex Site Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful and efficient completion of Capex projects while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

Site Management & Execution:
Oversee daily site operations, ensuring that all construction and installation activities are executed as per project plans and specifications.
Ensure that work progresses according to schedule while proactively addressing delays and disruptions.
Manage site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment mobilization, and workforce coordination.

Safety & Compliance Oversight:
Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on-site.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulatory requirements.

Contractor & Stakeholder Coordination:
Supervise contractors and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to contractual obligations.
Serve as the main point of contact for project managers, engineers, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
Facilitate site meetings and progress reviews, ensuring effective communication among all parties.

Quality Control & Risk Management:
Ensure construction and installation works meet technical specifications, quality standards, and design requirements.
Identify and manage project risks, proactively resolving technical and operational challenges.
Implement corrective actions in case of deviations from project plans.

Progress Monitoring & Reporting:
Track site progress against project timelines and report deviations to the project management team.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project status, key milestones, and site activities.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, inspections conducted, and site-related decisions.

Key requirements:

Construction & Project Management Knowledge:
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, industrial project execution, and site management principles.
Experience in managing multidisciplinary projects involving civil, mechanical, and electrical works.

Safety & Compliance Management:
In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in industrial and construction settings.
Ability to enforce site safety protocols and conduct safety audits.

Technical & Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to interpret technical drawings, engineering plans, and project documentation.
Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve on-site challenges and ensure smooth project execution.

Contractor & Stakeholder Management:
Experience in supervising contractors and ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and authorities.
Approval of work completion reports (KB-2v, KB-3)

Project Tracking & Reporting:
Experience in progress monitoring, risk assessment, and cost control.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and reporting tools.
Certificate CC2/CC3 will be preferance.
