Internship Programme
Since 2015, we have been running an Internship Programme based at the Kamyanets-Podilskyi cement plant. The Programme aims to build a competitive advantage in the cement business by inviting and developing young talents.
The interns receive a salary and are provided with accommodation (except for the residents of Kamyantes-Podilskyi). The best technical interns have an opportunity to participate in the international internship program CRH ITP Cement and gain experience at one of the Group's plants abroad.
During one year, the participants acquire the practical skills needed to build a successful career and critical to working for an international company. They study English, attend pieces of training in self-management and teamwork, presentations and project management. The interns work on individual projects. Based on the results of the presentation to the plants' management team and the CRH Ukraine board of directors and line manager assessment, a decision is made on employment at one of our locations in Ukraine.

You may apply if you are:
- An undergraduate or graduate in the specified specialities
- Able to speak English at the Intermediate level or higher
- Ready to relocate within Ukraine
- A fast learner
- Able to work in a team and achieve results
- Persistent and love your profession.
The selection process consists of two stages:
1.
An online interview with the HR manager and the line manager
2.
The finalists go to the Kamyanets-Podilskyi cement plant and get acquainted with the company, participate in team business games and personally communicate with their manager.
The best of the best get the invitation for the Internship.
What expects you during the Programme
Duration: 2 months
During the first months, the trainees get acquainted with the processes at the Kamyanets-Podilskyi cement plant, and the head of each function talks about their team goals, specifics and performance indicators.
