#Skills4Recovery Employer Forum in Kamianets-Podilskyi

The team at the Kamianets-Podilskyi Cement Plant took part in an employer forum held as part of the #Skills4Recovery initiative.

The event brought together businesses, educational institutions, and local government representatives. The discussions focused on the development of the mining and processing industry and preparing young professionals for the real needs of today's labor market.

Kirilo Vlasenko, Area Manager Quarry and Raw Mill, and Nataliya Turchak, HR Project Manager, represented the company at the forum. Participants shared practical experience, discussed industry challenges, and sought joint solutions for human resource development.

In particular, they discussed what specialists the company needs today, how technology is changing professions in the mining and processing sector, and what needs to be updated in educational programs to meet the requirements of employers. 

The forum served as a useful platform for exchanging ideas, establishing new contacts, and planning joint steps for 2025–2026. We would like to thank the organizers and participants for the open dialogue and practical insights.
