Grand Final of Teen Ideas
The grand finale of the third wave of the Teen Ideas project, themed ‘Building Our Future,’ took place on 7 December at a symbolic location, the Unbreakable Hub in Zaporizhzhia.
The event, organised by educator Seda Vlasova in partnership with CEMARK, DAKO Group and TOCHKA, became a true manifesto of faith in the future and talent of Ukrainian youth. We would like to thank the ‘Cultural Assault’ of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who supported the youth and created a special atmosphere for this event.
Results in numbers:
🔹48 projects
🔹 36 female participants and 12 male participants aged 13-22
🔹 21 educational institutions
Despite the specialised topics: construction, occupational safety, innovation — the young people's solutions were full of creativity and ingenuity. From art installations (paintings and mosaics on concrete) to technological MVPs of mobile applications. From bold concepts to ready-made projects that can be launched today.
But the most valuable thing is not the numbers and slides, but the enthusiasm in the eyes of the participants. Their sincerity and genuine desire to learn, create and build their future here, on their native land.
A huge number of ideas concerned the reconstruction of the Zaporizhzhia region: environmental solutions, inclusiveness, a comfortable urban environment. This is proof that our future is in reliable hands.
The event was attended by representatives of CEMARK: Commercial Director Andriy Zvirynskyi, Head of Marketing Iryna Shadyuk, and Head of Technical Solutions, Customer Experience and Innovation Anastasia Belohrad.
‘Teen Idea’ is a place where you are heard. An expert jury, including Seda Vlasova and partners, provided professional feedback to the contestants. All participants received certificates and prizes, and the authors of the 15 top projects were awarded valuable gifts for their personal development.
For CEMARK, supporting such initiatives is an integral part of social responsibility and an investment in the future of our country and industry. We strive to promote construction professions and innovations, supporting young people on their way to implementing quality changes.
