Educational camp “Generation of Victory” with the support of CEMARK
In August, the Catch-up Camp “Generation of Victory” was held in Zakarpattia, organized by NGO GoGlobal with the active support of CEMARK. The camp was attended by 101 high school students from Mykolaiv and Kherson regions, who had the opportunity to catch up on educational gaps caused by the war, improve social skills and gain new experience for personal development over 11 days.
The camp program included classes in math, Ukrainian and English, as well as preparation for the National Multisubject Test (NMT). In addition to the academic component, the participants developed soft skills, including teamwork, creative thinking, and leadership. Workshops on design thinking, art therapy, and conversation clubs with foreign volunteers helped students regain self-confidence and adapt to new challenges.
Socialization of the participants was an important part of the camp. High school students took part in excursions, hiking, interactive quests, movie screenings and theme nights, which helped to strengthen team spirit and build trusting relationships between peers.
CEMARK became a partner of the camp, emphasizing its commitment to supporting the younger generation and educational initiatives. During the event, the company's representatives Alexandra Linnik and Natalia Turchak held career guidance meetings to talk about internship and career development opportunities. This allowed the participants to better understand the prospects for professional growth and the importance of strategic career planning.
Participation in such educational projects is part of the company's comprehensive approach to human capital development. Investing in youth education helps to create qualified professionals and expand opportunities for the country's future development.
