Respect Week at CEMARK
From September 23 to 27, CEMARK held the Respect Week under the slogan “Standing Together - Respect in Action”. The initiative was aimed at raising awareness of the importance of respect in the work environment, strengthening teamwork and improving communication between employees.
Throughout the week, employees participated in open dialogues, communication training, and team activities. This helped build trust and mutual understanding in the team. In particular, interactive seminars, workshops, panel discussions, trainings and webinars were held. A children's coloring contest was also organized to engage employees' families in corporate activities.
Interactive whiteboards were set up at the company's facilities where employees could share their vision of respect. Dozens of messages were left reflecting different aspects of this concept.
One of the key events was the Intergenerational Interaction webinar, which discussed the peculiarities of communication between different age groups - from Baby Boomers to Generation Alpha. Participants received practical recommendations on how to establish effective interaction between generations in the work process.
The children's coloring contest added a creative element to the Week of Respect and became a way to involve employees' families in corporate initiatives. It provided an opportunity to spend time together in a creative atmosphere and strengthen family ties.
The Week of Respect at CEMARK emphasized the importance of mutual support, open dialogue and effective teamwork.
